Assessment of points: This depends on your stream either 189 skilled or 190 state. Depending on your score you can switch streams as each stream has a minimal score. For 189 stream this is calculated as 60, 55 for 190 state and 50 points for the 489 route. Points are given based on age, relevant work experience, your job role and command of the English Language. Additional points can be gained by having a job that is in demand in a particular state or having kin living in Australia.

Assessment of skills: This stage includes an assessment of skills relevant to your job role. Also taken into account is your work experience and relevant education. The approximate timelines for this stage are six months.

Expression of Interest Application form (EOI): This step is the preliminary form of applying which is then followed by an invite from the Government of Australia. Timelines for this process range between 3 and 6 months.

This is the last step in the skilled PR process. Once the invite is received, Oracle Visas submits all supporting documents and evidence needed for permanent residency in the country. Oracle Visas commits a hundred percent guarantee of not proceeding until the client qualifies.

For Australian Spouse Visa, the processing time is comparatively faster. Spouse is granted multiple entries to Australia for a period of two years. While in Australia, spouse is allowed to work.
